Bears Cub operates this website and offers matching sleepwear and related products for families. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• You agree to our policies including Shipping, Returns & Exchange, and Privacy Policy.

We strive to display product colours, prints, and fits as accurately as possible. However:

• Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• Placement of prints may vary from piece to piece.
• Minor variations in stitching or finishing may occur in handcrafted or made-to-order pieces.

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Bears Cub specializes in matching sets across genders and age groups.

• Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes for each member.
• Each item in a matching set is billed individually unless sold as a combo.
• Custom combinations may be accepted on request but are subject to availability.

We offer size exchange only, subject to the following:

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers must courier the product back to the address provided after approval.
• Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
• We arrange exchange shipment only if the error is from our end.
• Print/design exchanges are not allowed.

We do not accept returns unless:

• The product received is damaged, or
• The wrong product was delivered.

• Personalised products (monograms, name prints, special sizing, maternity modifications, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Ensure spelling and details are correct before placing your order.
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

• Orders can only be cancelled within a limited window of 6 to 8 hours before the package is dispatched.
• Refund timelines (if applicable) depend on the payment method used.

• Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may lead to delays or additional charges.

Bears Cub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Delays caused by external circumstances.
• Misuse or improper care of products.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
